Originally from the city of Invicta (Porto), I studied at the idyllic Faculty of Fine Arts. In 2019, I had a wonderful experience in the Erasmus+ programme, further enriching my education at the Complutense University of Madrid — a city I would love to return to in order to embrace new projects.

I am a strong advocate of freelance work, for the unique opportunity it offers to engage with different contexts, minds and creatives, and because entrepreneurship runs through my veins.

Beyond design, I am always seeking other moments where I can let my imagination run free. I am also a tattoo artist — for me, tattooing is a field that allows me to explore illustration, one of my greatest passions.

O OnTheGround Studio nasceu de um sonho que a Beatriz e o Luís tinham em comum: viver uma vida livre, longe de escritórios, longe de horários fixos e tempo contado, uma vida que os inspirasse, que estimulasse a criatividade e os rodeasse de projetos que transformam vidas, através do design.

Assim, juntaram as suas ideias, aspirações pessoais e profissionais e personalidades que se complementam e deram início a esta viagem.
